About the Role
This is not your typical internship. Our Graphic Design Internship is a hands-on, immersive experience designed to evaluate your potential as a future member of our team. Think of it as a "try-out" for a sports team—it is an opportunity to showcase your talent, build a strong portfolio, and a sense of the culture of the firm. Interns who excel will earn a full-time position at the end of the program.

What You’ll Do
The program lasts 3 months and is a part-time internship (approximately 20 hours per week), you will be immersed in the creative process of our firm and our portfolio companies. You'll work on real design projects, from branding to digital content, and receive feedback from executives. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we present ourselves and our companies to the world.

Requirements

Academic Profile: We are looking for highly motivated college students in their final year or recent graduates (within the past year) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.

Language Skills: Only candidates who are proficient in both English and French will be considered.

Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity suite, or similar programs is required. Motion graphics skills is strongly preferred. We look for designers with an eye for modern aesthetics, attention to detail, and visual storytelling.

Contribute to the development of visual guidelines and templates for consistency across platforms.
